(2) From September 1995 to July 20, 1999, I was a licensed real estate salesman &  property management during this period;

(3) From 1994 to August, 1995, I was a licensed real estate salesman during this period;

(4) From 1991 to 1992, I was a business man in Canada during this period;

(5) From 1976 to 1988, I was a business man in Hong Kong during this period;

(6) I am a member of Real Estate Broad of Greater Vancouver;

(7) I am a member of British Columbia Real Estate Association;

(8) I am a member of the Canadian Real Estate Association.
